Hi

How soon do we need to instruct a solicitor in our house sale process?
We have accepted an offer and was wondering if it is possible for the buyer to go ahead and get their survey completed before we have chosen who will be dealing with our sale and future purchase

    You need to crack on with finding a solicitor but you don't need to have one lined up before the prospective buyer has had their survey done.
