Around a month ago I contacted the FOS about MHB and they have complained on my behalf.
Today I have received a text with the whole home visit rubbish.
However I have not received anything in regard to my complaint via the FOS so are they allowed to continue collections whilst there is a complaint in place.
Please note they are receiving money each month via my DMP with CCCS.
Btw the £300 has now risen to £1538.40.
