I found this recipe yesterday via Pinterest and tried it last night.

They were really tasty and not too spicy, I used garlic powder instead of the garlic granules stated in the recipe and it was fine.

It lists 1 tsp of poultry seasoning, I crushed a chicken oxo cube and filled a tsp with that (one cube is about 2 tsps).

This looks lovely and I might try it with the chicken I have defrosting the fridge at the moment.
What did you serve it with? I know salad is probably the obvious choice, but wonder what else I could try for an evening meal.
  • These look really good. Would it work if they were grilled on a george foreman, rather than fried in butter?

I made some potato wedges and mixed some bbq relish with baked beans.

I followed the recipe for the wedges from this http://www.food.com/recipe/easy-baked-potato-wedges-49200 but they didn't turn out crispy, I think it is because I used vegetable oil instead of olive oil.

If you look through the reviews of the recipe there is one where someone used their GF instead of using butter.

I will do that next time but as a one off they were lovely in the butter. ;)
