Barclaycard help

Evening guys. Need a little advice. We had to reduce payments to everyone on our dmp for one month only, first time ever have since continued normal paymens. CCCS contacted everyone we owe letting them know thi arrangement. Barclaycard have aince contactedus saying we we are behind on our payments and we need to pay an exyra 20 or we will default on our agreement. Do i just write to them letting them know the reason why this occured......or is thisan empty threat. They say it will affect our credit rating but we are on a dmp???
Any advice gratefully received.L2B.x

Hi,We recently reduced our payment for 1 month to CCCS. I telephoned Barclaycard and was told that they allow 1 reduced payment (think pa). We later received a letter stating that all future payments should be made on time...... bla bla bla. So I am suprised they have stated your payments will increase. I think you should ring them. They were quite nice when I contacted them by phone.
    Good luck

Have barclaycard not already issued a default on your credit file?

Chances are they won't be able to make your credit file any worse than it will already be. Definitely don't pay them any extra.

I think its likely just a standard letter sent out and would ignore.
