Hi all
Please forgive me if this is in the wrong place - I have only just joined today and hope this is the right place to post a message and see if anyone can help!
Due to a split with an ex I have some OLD adverse credit (2 x CCJ 5 and 6 years old - 5 years old will be marked settled imminently. 6 yr old drops off next month (Aug) and i've tried to reach the creditor). 4 defaults all again 2009 or earlier. working through them but quickly learned it takes an ages for them to appear "Satisifed"!
I have recently inherited some money and am desparate to get back on the property ladder. I am in a positon where I need a 75% LTV, Approx 2.2x annual salary, no other commitments, CLEAN overdraft record for past three years, CLEAN crdit card history for about 9 months (when I finally managed to qualify for one!)
Here's the other bit of bad news - on BAD advice I have had some payday loans in the last year - ALL paid now and on time, but I understand that is actually BAD for my rating not good! Also i was NOT living off of them - they were needed to get the deposit i mentioned released.
If anyone can suggest a specialist broker I could speak to I'd be really grateful - I don't know what else to do and am pulling my hair out!!
All help greatly appreciated - thank you in advance!

You know what, I deal with adverse all day every day and am on the front foot with these. I was reading through thinking achievable, achievable, achievable and then the payday loan sensation.
There will still be options largely thanks to your deposit.
Exactly how long ago was the last payday loan?
Exactly when was the last default?
Are all of the defaults paid up now?
Anything else significant other that what was posted..?I am a Mortgage Broker
