I don't get it - is it just the sunscreens at £5.49 that are working on this as there are only f50 in my store - the f15's are 15.99 or something daft?

Please forgive me if I am being extremely dense but how does this work?

I understand it is buy one get one free and three for two but by my reckoning this means you would get four free not five?

This has been puzzling me, can someone please put me out of my misery!

I think it works like this. This Boots offer deducts the monetary value rather than the item, and doesn't consider whether an item has been included in another offer.

So if you have 6 qualifying items

3 for 2 = 2 'prices' deducted
BOGOF = 3 'prices' deducted

= 5 x items worth of money removed from the total

(Rather than.. if it worked on an 'item' basis - 3 for 2 = 2 items deducted... leaving 4 eligible for the BOGOF... so 2 items deducted again = 4 'free')

I'm off to try this in Glasgow tonight. I've worked out that if I get the offer twice I'll end up with 900ml spray for £10.98 instead of £15.49 for 800ml lotion (big bottles on bogof that I planned to purchase) so it doesn't work out at a mega mega saving, but I like the spay better than lotion, and the smaller bottles will keep better as they won't be opened like a large one would be if not all used up!

I tried again today in the same store to get the kids mini ones but I got charged for 3 of the 6, so I cancelled the transaction.

I bought 6 in a mix of SPF 50,30 and 15 and it worked , so bought some more ready for a carribean holiday. Will be great sizes to take with us to the beach and pool.
