HMV States Out Of Stock But Allows Me To Go To Check Out Will I Receive Please?

I have attempted to purchase an Android Tablet from HMV on line but it states Out Of Stock. However when I add to basket it allows me to go all the way through checkout. If I proceeded and it allowed me to would I receive the item. I was thinking perhaps its a glitch? Thank you

HMV still let you order out of stock items, sometimes they will get more stock in but in most cases all that will happen is your order will get cancelled or left open indefinitely.
