My wife and i were approved for a usda loan than come to fine out with my credit score and no savings they will not approved my credit score is right on the edge and my wife is only working full time now my mother-in-law was going to move in with us does it make sense to try and put her on the mortgage she makes probably 30000 more a year than my wife and her score is around mind by doing this would this get us approved

Is that USDA as in United States Department of Agriculture? (I'd never heard of USDA, but that was the first thing that came up on Google).
