How much is it for?
How often is it charged?
Are you in arrears on your payments?
Perhaps its for the catalogue they send every few months.0 -
This month is £28, last month £38 and so on. It is every month and no i'm not in arrears.

It's their equivalent of interest @25.99% per annum, so I doubt you'll be able to reclaim it0
