ive brought that james bond film (name i cant remember) for my partners birthday but now see its only £7.00 in asda !!!
i have the recipt for a refund but i spent over £20 instore and got the free alton towers tickets. do i have to give them back to ????
have to confess ive sold them on

i take it the Alton Towers voucher isn't on your till reciept?

If it's all wrapped up and obviously unopened you should be OK, but otherwise they may be a bit awkward about giving a refund. Seeing as there is the Alton towers ticket complication, I would look to exchange for something of similar value rather than an outright refund.0

the alton towers tickets show up on recipt. the dvd is still all wrapped up ect and i have the free playing cards i got with it to return.0

oh dear, i would recommend not even mentioning the voucher to CS. make sure you read the t&c on the voucher to see if there's mention of refunds etc.

i just phoned them i said that i want to return the dvd for a refund as asda are selling for half the price but ive not got the alton towers tickets (they show as 0.00 on my recipt). he went away and when came back on the line said yes thats no problem !!!!. super .
now i just got to get the shop to play ball !!! :rolleyes:0 -
