Nope, if you pick your items up from a store, p&p is free!

i dont know what i am doing wrong but have placed 2 orders in last few days and i have not seen anywhere that you would put a money off postage code. can anyone help???

When you log in there is a box to put in a promotional code, that's where you can put one for free p&p

Yes - you can either return things to the store, or arrange for a courier to collect from your home. Either way, returns are free.
