Greater Anglia not honoring refund of unused tickets

Good luck with that. Even with the delay its quite obvious that you didnt leave enough time to get to the airport and all that malarky. There was a thread about this earlier on but cant find it.


As for the OP - have you asked National Express(C2C) about this rather than banging your head with GA who obviously will only have a record of it being sent out and not of it being cashed as it wouldve come from NX's bank account which im pretty sure they wont have access to.

My non-expert understanding is that a new franchisee 'takes on' all outstanding passenger liabilities (and PFs/ prosecutions!) from the old franchise.

There may also be complicated issues regarding which scheme applies and on the level of proof required.

I would suggest posting on 'railforums.co.uk' to ask for advice.
