Sorry if this is not i the right place but couldn't find where to post this.
I need to fill in a self assesment form from 3 years ago. Due to the time lapse I have no clue of my on line log ins so thought would revert back to good old fashioned pen and paper but dont know where to collect the form from.
Have been on the website and have looked for a long time but no where can i find where to pick one up.
Any help?:)

The logins do not change from year to year. Ring the helpline and they should be able to sort you out! I am guessing they will find a way to let you submit your old form online.
(And keep a note of the logins - you'll need them again next year! I have mine stored on the computer and have also emailed them to myself - each year I search for them and so far, so good!)Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. Im not self emplyed any more, stopped trading in 2009 just didn't tick the box to say so! So now got to do it and back date it but never thought would need me log in details again. Was being lazy really, couldn't be as**d to call them and go through the QnA you see.
I suppose in the long run will be easier mind!
Ok will call them in the morning
