I got a mailshot from Randell & Vickers today, who have "noticed" that I might be due a rebate of council tax for being in the wrong band. They would help me for 25% +VAT of whatever I got back. Hi,

I followed Martin's steps and pass both steps so it says that I have a strong case.

All the coorespondence was done through emails so I hadn't included the value of my home in 1991 part.

On the letter it says if I do not agree with the outcome thsat I can appeal by sending a reply so I think I will just need to do that :S
