Frozen pension help required

I am 35 and have a frozen pension from a previous employer, I was paying into for approximately 10 years, I think this was a final salary scheme but I will need to check. Is there anyway to free up the cash in this pension? I have seen adverts but not sure if they are just scams.

No, not until you are of minimum pension age, which is 55. Avoid the pension liberation ads as it's likely to be a scam and ultimately you will lose due to outrageous charges and a big tax bill.0 -
This is correct:

Be careful, sign nothing which you do not understand.0 -

Avoid! A FS pension will be highly valuable worth far more than the money you put in and any money you could get out even assuming it wasnt scammed and it wasnt swallowed up by the punitive tax bill you would get in perhaps 3 years time.
See here for a typical example.0 -

No it doesnt. It is unlawful.
You also dont appear to realise what a pension is. However, if you are scamming people then I guess you dont need to.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). A FS pension is the best pension. Leave it, all those adds are illegal scams.0
