where can i find templates for letters to send to dept companies asking for proof of dept am being hasseled by s firm called Wescot who have bought a dept from barclaycard I have already been dealing with one dept company and sent a letter asking for prooof about 3 months ago, but heard nothing back now this new firm has taken it up can they just keep passing it on till they get a result?.
Also a firm called Dept managers ltd saying they are going to make a doorstep visit for there clients arrow orange for £126 70 i no nothing of this dept and i have never had a barclaycard though i did have some trouble with eggcard thanks in advance.

Barclaycard took over egg cards so that might explain it? sorry I dont know the link to standard Letters.0

sorry for being thick ,but how do i copy this letter so i will be able to make alterations to the address and reff number? have tried saving it to documents and to desktop but it will not let me alter it.0
