Hi
Someone on here posted a while back that they'd been baking with their child using a cooking bag from school.
This set me thinking! Next year i have reception (4-5 year olds) and I love this idea. There will be two classes and I thought if we bought 2 cool bag/boxes then each Friday one child from each class could take the bag home and make whichever recipe is in the bag - could be sweet or savoury.
Now as we have to buy the ingredients I need cheap recipes that are simple to make.
We will weigh the ingredients out in the classroom on Friday and pop them in the cool bag, with a recipe card and a book to put photos, etc in.
Can anyone help with recipes or see any problems that could arise please.
TIA x

Hi, I did see this question but couldn't think of much of interest apart from Victoria Sponge or flapjacks
No idea on problems that might arise as not sure of H&S rules, but I'm guessing you would know more about that than me.
Just thought about Rocky Road which might appeal more.0
