There is one main prize on offer for a group of up to 4 people, comprising:
* One weekend away in a VW camper van courtesy of Dorset Dubbers – this is the standard Dorset Dubbers 3 night package with collection from Dorset Dubbers in New Milton, Dorset between at 14.30 on Friday afternoon and drop off by 10.00 on Monday morning.
* One weekend in an Airstream caravan at the Happy Days RV campsite – this is the standard Happy Days 3 night package with check in at 15.00 on Friday afternoon and check out by 10.00 on Monday morning.
* One windsurfing taster session for 4 people at OTC Weymouth including equipment rental and group tuition. This is the OTC standard 2 hour taster session, run in either the morning or afternoon on Saturday or Sunday.
* £500 or €500 Fat Face gift card.
* A package of Fat Face kit selected for use on the ultimate weekend.

The prize weekend is scheduled for 21st – 24th September but can be re-scheduled by the competition winner at the discretion of OTC Weymouth and must be taken before 31st December 2012.

There are 10 runners up prizes of a £50 or €50 Fat Face gift card.

Four additional weekly prize draws will be made on Wednesday 25th July, 1st August, 8th August and 15th August 2012. Each prize will consist of a Fat Face Kit Bag including a T-Shirt, Hoody, Beach Towel, Frisbee, Water Bottle and Flask.

. The free prize draw is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over except employees and their families of Fat Face Ltd, Dorset Dubbers, OTC, Happy Days, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entries must be received by midnight on 19th August 2012.

3. Free prize draw entries must be made via the online entry form. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify inappropriate, incomplete or illegible entries.

4. Competition entrants may enter as many times as they wish, providing they supply a different eligible photograph with each entry.

5. The competition entrant is responsible for getting the permission of anyone who appears in the photo prior to uploading their photo. If the entrant is uploading a photo of themselves, or anyone else, taken by a third party, they are responsible for getting the permission of the photographer before doing so. This permission is implied by entering the competition.

In the terms that follow, we refer to your submission as the "photograph". Due to the high volume of submissions, it is not possible to publish all photographs we receive. Preference given to photographs that fit the brief of ‘Life outside the 9 to 5’. By uploading this photograph, you certify and acknowledge that you own the Photograph or have the right (i.e., permission) to permit Fat Face to use, edit, publish and otherwise exploit it without obligation or liability to any party and further agree, represent and warrant as more fully set forth below.

By uploading this Photograph, I agree that my submission of the Photograph is governed by Fat Face’s Terms and Conditions. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Fat Face harmless with respect to any claims that I lack the authority to grant all of the rights (including rights of third parties and minors) herein granted.

Without limiting the generality of the preceding paragraph, (1) I hereby irrevocably grant permission to Fat Face to use the Photograph (and the images and content therein), in whole or in part, on its websites and in print and electronic or any other media now or hereafter known, and to edit, combine with other material and make derivative works of same, in whole or in part, without notifying me and without obligation to me; and (2) I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final display or other exploitation of the Photograph now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and to any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Photograph.

Additionally, I represent and warrant that if any minors appear in the Photograph, I am the mother, father or duly appointed guardian of such child(ren) or have the irrevocable permission of the parents or duly appointed guardian(s) of such child(ren) to grant the rights set forth herein to Fat Face on behalf of such minor(s). I am over 18 and competent to contract in my own name.

6. The winning entry will be decided by Fat Face Ltd and independently verified by Five by Five Ltd. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The winner will be notified by 2nd September 2012 using the contact details provided on the entry form. In the case that the winner does not respond to Fat Face within 7 days of receiving the message that they have won, the prize will be offered to a different winner.

8. There is one main prize on offer for a group of up to 4 people, comprising one weekend rental of a classic VW van courtesy of Dorset Dubbers, accommodation in a static airstream caravan courtesy of Happy Days Retro Vacations, plus a windsurfing taster session at the OTC Windsurf Centre in Weymouth. The conditions associated with each of these listed below.

a) One weekend away in a VW camper van courtesy of Dorset Dubbers – this is the standard Dorset Dubbers 3 night package with collection from Dorset Dubbers in New Milton, Dorset between at 14.30 on Friday afternoon and drop off by 10.00 on Monday morning. The prize weekend is scheduled for 21st – 24th September but can be re-scheduled by the competition winner at the discretion of Dorset Dubbers, and must be taken before 31st December 2012. All dates are subject to availability. If the weekend away is cancelled by Dorset Dubbers then new dates may be agreed, but no cash alternative will be offered. The competition winner may extend the duration of their break by agreement with Dorset Dubbers, but this would be subject to extra cost for the additional days. All competition winners must comply with Dorset Dubbers standard terms and conditions of rental* including the payment of a £500 vehicle security deposit, fully refundable at the end of the rental when the vehicle is returned free of damage. Any damage to the camper van whilst in the competition winner’s possession will be their responsibility. The rental period will be covered by Dorset Dubbers standard insurance agreement, but subject to a £500 excess which must be paid in addition to the security deposit if the competition winner has an accident. Any such liability is not transferable to either Fat Face or Dorset Dubbers.

b) One weekend in an Airstream caravan at the Happy Days RV campsite – this is the standard Happy Days 3 night package with check in at 15.00 on Friday afternoon and check out by 10.00 on Monday morning. The prize weekend is scheduled for 21st – 24th September but can be re-scheduled by the competition winner at the discretion of Happy Days RV, and must be taken before 31st December 2012. All dates are subject to availability. If the weekend away is cancelled by Happy Days RV then new dates may be agreed, but no cash alternative will be offered. The competition winner may extend the duration of their break by agreement with Happy Days RV but this would be subject to extra cost for the additional days. All competition winners must comply with Happy Days standard terms and conditions of rental*. Any damage to the van whilst in the competition winner’s use will be their responsibility. Any liability is not transferable to either Fat Face or Happy Days RV.

c) One windsurfing taster session for 4 people at OTC Weymouth including equipment rental and group tuition. This is the OTC standard 2 hour taster session, run in either the morning or afternoon on Saturday or Sunday. The prize weekend is scheduled for 21st – 24th September but can be re-scheduled by the competition winner at the discretion of OTC Weymouth and must be taken before 31st December 2012. All dates are subject to availability. If the taster session is cancelled by OTC Weymouth, then new dates may be agreed, but no cash alternative will be offered. The competition winner may extend or alter their tuition package by agreement with OTC Weymouth, but this would be subject to extra cost for additional tuition. In order to receive this part of the prize, competition winners must be able to swim, and if OTC Weymouth has any doubt about the health or safety of a participant, they may cancel the session immediately and without notice. All competition winners must comply with OTC Weymouth standard terms and conditions of equipment rental and tuition, which will be signed by participants on arrival at the Centre.

d) £500 or €500 Fat Face gift card. No cash alternative available. The competition winner must comply with Fat Face standard gift card terms and conditions.*

e) A package of Fat Face kit selected for use on the ultimate weekend. This will be selected at the discretion of Fat Face, no returns or cash alternative.

Products are subject to availability and may be substituted for another product(s) without prior notice. No returns or cash alternative. In the case that the winner does not respond to Fat Face within 7 days of receiving the message that they have won, the prize will be offered to a different winner. 11. The prize does not include travel from the competition winner’s home to Dorset, fuel expenses during the weekend, food or any other personal expenditure. Travel insurance is not included.

12. All prizes are non-transferable, non-amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.

13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

14. The Promoter furthermore disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the Competition and the subsequent use of the prizes.

15. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

16. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.

Photos submitted as competition entries will be published online. Fat Face will also have ongoing usage rights to any photo submitted as a competition entry.
