selling them at her uni...either to current students or to a 2nd hand bookshop.
If she can't get rid in June, would it be feasible to go back in september/october and sell then? (If she has any friends in lower years who will be able to stick a few posters up advertising them)
Amazon marketplace is another idea, and there are a couple of sites listed in the Students board...i think eunibooks.co.uk (or .com) or abebooks.com might sell them..check the students board for more details about these. One thing...that sets pulses racing...that gets hearts pounding...for which there is no substitute...only YOU can provide...blood.

Some bookshops will buy them, they'll give something like a third of the value for cash and half for gift vouchers. But they tent o only take current editions. From experience older editions seem to sell on eBay fine arounf September/October time.2p off is still 2p off!0

Ask at your library if they will let you put up a card.
When my son and my daughter finished their courses, we sold almost all their books through the library and it didn't cost us a penny!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Check out sell student books...she can sell her books on there.
I am a student and have not sold on there but have bought from there...and it went smoothly...dunno what help that is to you tho.
Otherwise ebay is ok, but wait till sept/oct as fatboyonadiet said.0
