Working links emoyment support worker question

Good afternoon!
This is my first post in a while and it relates to the work programme. I started on the WP in september last year and the guy i got is an a**! Is it worth complaining about him? He doubts that i am applying for work, he's cheeky and now he wants me down there twice a week! Please help!

Provide him with your job application evidence and that should satisfy any doubts he has.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
Go ahead and complain but write down your reasons why you are feeling short-changed to crystalise your argument in your own mind before going forward to make sure you don't come across simply as a whinger. Systems don't change unless people make coherent points why they are wrong.
As a slight aside, I genuinely feel sorry for the "Advisors" in the private sector now. At one point most were enthusiastic, bright-eyed and bushey tailed, people-persons who knew how to work with a variety of people with a myriad of issues and it was a real (rewarding and regular) buzz to get someone a good placing.
Now with real, long-term, permanent jobs being in the tiny minority and all agencies being under the microscope for the sins of the few, it is a low paid, monotonous grind. Unfortunately this will continue until the economy picks up and the folly of biggest with "lowest tender wins" mentality prevails.
A lot of very good people have been lost to that particular industry and their vacancies appear to have been filled with amateurish wannabe salesmen with no (necessary) network of contacts.0 -

You made some excellent points in your comment,cheifly get your facts together and then complain,sitting complaining or highlighting points to these Advisors don't seem to be getting through to the couple l've spoken too recently and i was quite keen to attend and get help that i thought the Job Centre could not or would not give,l have found the Advisors to be very nosy,unsympathetic and really quite rude on occasions,collection of data from me seems more important than giving me the help l require, and your right about the wannabe salesmen/women types their ruthless and l consider myself a willing volunteer in this program,but l have started to keep a written record of conversations between myself and WL staff l feel whats being meated out is unfair and unjust hurtful personal comments should have no place here and sooner l'm back in work and away from these unpleasant people the better l'm no spring chicken anymore but l have to think long and hard to remember ever being treated or spoken to like l have at Working Links,l shall continue to keep a record,there is a complaints form to report grievances so if the day comes l will stick it to them,l feel like l'm being punished just for being unemployed.Working Links if you read this peoples lifes are not open books for you to pick at.0
