What's wrong with our rosemary and thyme?
The rosemary and thyme we grow in the garden is not as healthy as it should be with white/grey freckles all over the leaves. What is this and is there anything I can do about? Even the councils own street displays in our town with the same herbs look much more healthy and green than ours do.
Grateful for any help.

Sounds like white mould/mildew. Should be cured by an anti fungas but you will have to check what is the time from spraying to using. Caused by the wet weather wev'e recently had. Council beds may be better drained or they have used a spray regime due to the plants not being used for culinary purposes.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Kepe an eye out for rosemary beetle - it attacks thyme and lavender too - see RHS website for picsYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0
