Hi, I've just washed a new outfit, a red and white top and red trousers, I didn't know if the colours would run so I put one of those colour catcher sheets but it didn't work! My red and white top is now red and pink
Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have had that experience too. There may be others who will have a solution, but the amount of time money and effort used in trying to gt the garment back to normal may not be worth it.
I tried washing soda, napisan, weak bleach solution, etc, then the dark colour faded. Waste of time for me.
But someone may have a solution for you.0 -
I'm sorry I can't offer any help re pulling the pink tones out of the white, but I would definitely submit a complaint to the colour catcher manufacturers! On the up

The colour has probably run from the trousers.
You can buy something from supermarkets, Colour Run Remover, it works well, and its as well to have a spare in the cupboard to be honest.
But I would still put a complaint in to Colour Catcher.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
If it was sold as a complete outfit & the label says it is washable, I'd be inclined to take it back & exchange it.0

I'd take the top back and exchange it.. wash the trousers separately and make sure the top is washed at 30' at the very most..
Colour run remover will take the red out of the red striped so it will be completely ruined.
Complain to colour catcher company and take the top back.. don't try anything else it will just destroy it further!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
