1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish but each entry shall require a separate purchase. Purchase necessary and proof of purchase may be required. Internet access is required.
4. For Northern Ireland residents only: No purchase necessary for residents Northern Ireland. To enter without purchase entrants may send their full name, postal address, email address, contact telephone number and date of birth to: Cadbury Dairy Milk 400g Paralympic Bar NPN, PO Box 95, Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1WS before 11.59pm on 12th December 2012. Entrants will be entered into the next available weekly prize draw. Only one entry envelope/postcard.

To enter: purchase a Cadbury Dairy Milk 400g Paralympic bar from Sainsbury’s and enter the unique code found inside the pack at https://www.cadbury.co.uk/wintickets between 00.01am on 19th April 2012 and 11.59pm on 12th December 2012. Please note, this promotion is available exclusively at J Sainsbury’s stores.
6. Prizes: There are 119 prizes to be won during the promotional period..
a. For entries received between 00.01am on 19th April 2012 and 11.59pm on 15th August 2012 there will be 17 weekly draws. Each week, 6 entrants will be randomly selected to win a family ticket (the winner, plus 3 guests) to a Paralympic Games event between 30th August 2012 and 5th September 2012, such event to be at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
b. For entries received between 00.01am on 16th August 2012 and 11.59pm on 12th December 2012 there will be 17 weekly draws. Each week, 1 winner will be randomly selected to win a Cadbury Hamper.
c. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of hampers.
d. Anything not mentioned above is not included in the prize, including without limitation transport to the event.
7. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant weekly period. The weekly prize draw will run from 00:01am Thursday to 11:59pm Wednesday each week of the Promotion Period (the “Weekly Prize Draw”).
8. Winners will be contacted by telephone or email if they have won within 5 days of the Weekly Prize Draw. Winners have fourteen days to claim the prize otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to pick a new winner from all valid entries received. Winners will be notified how the prizes will be delivered at the time they are contacted.
9. Only one prize may be won by each winner during the promotional period.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
