carpet measuring

i wanna get my carpet measured, but dont want to do it myself, any ways to get it measured for free or cheap without buying from measurer?

i meant a carpet fitter - who would charge me cheap - or a big company who would do a free measure - numpty

I AM a floorlayer/carpet fitter. Define cheap ?? For example, to measure a house + travel approx 2 hrs @ £23.50 per hour. Is that cheap enough ? In 2 hours, a fitter can earn something like £60 for fitting a lounge carpet.

Glasswells will come out and measure for free but we only had these out because we had to get living room and hall measured for laminate flooring and we didnt have to buy from them but we did

If i want carpets then we measure ourselves
