Timeshare / holiday club reclaim

I have been contacted by a company about reclaiming loses through time share/ holiday club and another company who we stupidly paid who said they could get money back for us . They are reclaim consultancy sl. They want £450 to take on case to be paid through PayPal they said we would then be covered if they did not do as they say they will also if we used a credit card for this would we be able to claim section 75 if they do not provide. Has anyone heard of this company ?
