Thanks QPR....I had noticed my fat intake had crept up a bit. :(

I have loads of stuff in the freezer which is perhaps not the healthiest but I don't want to throw it away so I have to wheel out things like sausages from time to time.

The chips shouldnt be too bad as they are cooked in veggie oil so no animal fats.

I was also aware the lamb isn't brilliant which is why I trimmed off every bit of fat I could with the scissors before cooking it.

I'm itching now to get back and get re-tested again to see what progress (if any) I've actually made.

    Cheers for asking. :kisses3:

I forgot the lamb, i did see it, I had to give a lot of food away when i was diagnosed with these food intolerances, broke my heart :(.

Maybe mix & match & some days have steamed fish or chicken with rice & I know someone else mentioned it oats are good for lowering cholesterol.

Take care :kisses3:(Didnt know we had this smiley )

Hi everyone - Has anyone tried the PG tips evening ones today in asda ? they were comparing at 10pm last night but only got 2 boxes to try them. They are ok , not a noticable difference to 'normal' t-bags , so wouldnt mind getting a couple more boxes for APG - none left in my local 3 tescos .
