It makes you sensible not having done a JTD the way they match one week and N/A the next makes it very dodgy and personally i am not bothering with it if I can manage to do a decent shop without the gamble.

Its very hit and miss isnt it. I bet asda will go the same way now so many are actively targetting shops in asda.

I much prefer Asda and have been doing the Asda one from the beginning. They have problems but at least you can get sense from their customer service and don't get the tough sh**e like you do with Tesco. I rang up Asda CS when it came up as I didn't purchase 8 items when I had 9 on two receipts (always buy 9 or 10 items) and they sent me a £10 gift card. Ring Tesco and they say tough nowt we can do. Huggies wipes was the main thing that has put me off the RTD with Tesco. If Tesco are cheaper they will match, if not then it comes up with N/A. Every supermarket sells and stocks huggies pure wipes, so def a con.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Blacked out  that's bad bad bad F_C - hope you are ok now hun - thinking of you :A

Argh - that Lion cereal - no I haven't tried it before, but I will now ;) And I love the vanilla snack-pot Activia yoghurts but never seem to see them now :(

I have spent half of this evening nursing Molly on my knee as she slept and the other half stopping her from chewing her buster collar   It didn't take her long to get used to having it on and working out that she could edge it forward and get her bottom jaw over the edge to chew it

:A Thank you lovely lady :A Yeah I'm absolutely fine thank you :D You know me! ;):o

The Lion cereal, there was a point where it used to be on offer for £1 with the other Nestle cereal but I haven't seen it on offer recently :( But keep an eye out ;):D

Aww that's a shame, vanilla is my favourite too and you're right I haven't seen it recently :( Raspberry is also nice and the lowest in calories ;) 81 in a snackpot :T:cool:

:rotfl:Oh the dreaded buster collar! We ended up not using ours! The vet recommended putting them in a t-shirt instead :) and it worked really well :T Hope all's well in the morning :)

Oh and I forgot to say well done on getting up and out the door early :D:T:T:T:T
Posts like this really annoy me! Why target a massive APG?? Its only going to flag what you are doing and get you noticed, and'or get T&C's altered to our detriment.

Some of you guys really need to learn how to duck under the radar....specially given sooo many people now are doing savvy shopping of one sort or another! This isn't the 'old days' anymore.

Agreed  Long may the APG continue!

I really don't like confrontation but it does upset me when people suggest that exploiting the system will somehow ensure we get revenge.....ummm no.....because doing that is simply going to get the terms and conditions tightened (Price porkies) or even worse, rescinded completely (DTD)

At the end of the day, we have a fabulous community here and as a result I think it's important to keep a grip on the bigger picture and just how much your 'money saving' will cost the community as a whole.

I'm all about making this last a very long time and continuing to watch this community thrive .... (and my stash to grow ;):p:D)

It has been tested, a friend bought 6 lots of weetabix and only received one coupon, so it recognises it after the multibuy unfortunately.

Thanks so much for this info Blue :T

Lutz - I read that story today :( I'm so very sorry :A No wonder you've felt so fragile tonight, what an awful tragedy. What their family must be going through, it doesn't even bear thinking of. Elation to utter devastation in such a short period. Life really is so short and cruel. Big big hugs to you :Axxxx

Looby -:eek::(:( Oh I'm so sorry Looby. You must be so shook up :( Thank you so much for posting on here. I really hope you manage to get a good night's sleep and start getting some answers tomorrow :A

Nikki - :T:T Get in there girl!!!! :T:T Utterly fantastic! :D

aau and best price - Thank you very much for the info re: Pepsi :TMy liuttle brain is a wee bit confuzzled.....and bitterly disappointed too! aau did you mean that the price paid at the till was £2 for 2 bottles but the APG read you've paid £3?? Therefore £1.40 back on £2 spend = 60p for 2 bottles???!!!:eek::eek::eek: OMG I am so gutted if that was the case. I'm guessing it'll be a price crossover and not working tomorrow, typical! :p:p:o:o:o:o

cookie - :T:T Excellent news :T:T I know that it's not very nice being ill but it must be such a great relief knowing it's something treatable :A So pleased for you :)

    Nighty night all :Axxxx

    Morning!! :j:hello:
Well done Lala!! 8536 That takes spunk, and *maybe* it will make that bully think. :T
Forgot to mention, the cereal bowls that were free with kelloggs cereal are now 10p .
    :)
Yes, these scan through at 10p, but they also come off the receipt as a discount afterwards... got some and checked that they did come off as free.

Lutzi1, it is good that you were able to be such an important and positive part in that young man's life. :A

I think I feel like making 1p cakes ... gotta road test this stuff and see if it is worth getting more! :)

Well done Cookieraider! Fingers crossed for more good results !

    Lastly, Happy Friday!!

Morning and welcome silverhairranny! It is a lovely welcoming bunch here, and to get to grips with the 'lingo' have a look at the first page of the thread... that will help.
APG is Asda's price guarantee where you type in your receipt online and they compare to other shops and potentially give you a money back voucher.

    enjoy the banter! :)
