I left my newborn baby outside the butcher's. Went home, had a cup of tea, read a magazine and thought surely she needs a feed by now - then I realised. Ran half a mile back to the butchers and they were falling about laughing. She was tucked up and hadn't been any trouble and they sent me home with a bag of free meat!
    Quite some time ago now!

flowerclipper, how bizarre, I did exactly the same thing. I remembered when I was putting the shopping away, thinking I've forgotten something...but what? Checked the shopping and then realised! Never run so fast in my life. Used that butchers shop untill we moved. Every time that I went in they would always remind me (and other customers :o) to take the baby with me this time.

It's in Expired now but I've just managed to order one, so we'll see.

It's gone again now...we might be lucky...

'scuse me not remembering but it was a few pages back- for the person who liked the twister lollies, Iceland do a mixed box of lollies and ice cream for either £2/3 and there are twisters in there. It's a pack of 10 or 12 mixes things like mini magnums, mini milks, twisters etc. I can't think what else was in there but it might be worth a look :)

It was me - thank you! I shall look next time I'm over that side of town

Thank you to everyone who posts here because myself and my family have saved a lot from this thread. I read every post, do not actually go for all the deals, but then general knowledge is great.

Went Tescos and got £26 of shopping to £10. Could have got more but I had so many vouchers it wasn't me to add more. Perhaps next time/ It was a mix of Tesco mailings, l'oreal insider and supersavvyme. They were all genuine, all scanned well but was afraid to get more items. Should I be braver next time? Also had a £3 off wys £20. I have another one too and thought if I purchashed l'oreal and ssm items, uswed th £3 off and then the l'oreal/ssm, I would get the shopping down to almost nothing but to afraid to even though the coupons are genuine. Anyone else done a big shop and used mainly coupons?

Did a shop last night at Mr T, £60 down to £12 with lots of coupons and a £6 off wys £60 and £5 off wys £40. Took me all day to plan, and I told the SA that too. He said if you can do it, why not. :)
£2015 in 2015 (Although actual goal is £10 a day)

That is a massive saving. Wouldn't do invalid coupons though. Even if I did, you haven't seen the start at my T's! I was lucky today.

Crisp, it was those flipping Sunbites, I have'nt had a packet since then, we had hundreds of packs and it put me off for life;)I know some of us talk about it often but it was just such a bl00dy good few months, It was just such good fun as well as profitable and the thread really would be buzzing 24 hours a day(The only quiet time was for an hour after the vouchers came in and everyone dashed to T's) and who admits to looking in other peoples baskets to see if they were up to the same thing as you:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:it was probably the best training ever to become a real MSE'er because if that didnt teach you to have a thickskin with the SA's nothing would;)

Can't remember the exact maths, but OH's favourite dtd was the Jamesons whisky. £86+ dtd back each time, worked out about £7 per bottle to take it away! Sa asked if we drank alot! No, I would say, we just have alot of weddings/parties etc this year. Saved me an absolute fortune at Christmas time when you hand the drinks out. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
