Thank you to everyone who posts here because myself and my family have saved a lot from this thread. I read every post, do not actually go for all the deals, but then general knowledge is great.

Went Tescos and got £26 of shopping to £10. Could have got more but I had so many vouchers it wasn't me to add more. Perhaps next time/ It was a mix of Tesco mailings, l'oreal insider and supersavvyme. They were all genuine, all scanned well but was afraid to get more items. Should I be braver next time? Also had a £3 off wys £20. I have another one too and thought if I purchashed l'oreal and ssm items, uswed th £3 off and then the l'oreal/ssm, I would get the shopping down to almost nothing but to afraid to even though the coupons are genuine. Anyone else done a big shop and used mainly coupons?

i'll probably get shot down in flames for this but here goes..

in light of two regular elite members losing young family members recently, i dont think the jovial comments of abandoned babies and children are appropriate :(

I'm also a little confused as to why someone (or more than one person) can be offended by HC's post about Kate McCann, yet joke and/or thank posts about leaving children.

I realise the posts are all meant in humour and (I assume) have had no negative impact on those posters lives.....but I cant help feel its a bit hypocritical and in bad taste :(

sorry if this upsets anyone x
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Anyone else really excited about the cereal/petrol combo? I love cereal and could survive on it! I've got a massive stash already but I'm sure there's room for expansion ;) Also very interested in the Tetley :D

Only a true Elite MSE'er would appreciate that fact F_C :rotfl: :rotfl:

And yes, I am excited about the cereal/fuel voucher deal. I too could live on cereal with mullerlight and fruit on it and find the idea that I can get 'free' fuel vouchers on these products I would buy anyway and that's not overpriced like all the other 'fuel 'offers' is sheer delight to me :j :j :o

Gutting! The Sa was great, but the supervisor was even better! She didn't say anything about the coupons. Normally as soon as you hand them over they have something to say.

Well, I must get off to bed now as I have to be up early to shower, dress, have my breakfast and then get the pups to the vets for 9am   Anyone who knows me well will know that getting up early which I class as any time before noon ;) is not my thing and I have perfected the art of 'multi snooze button pressing until it gives up', so I have my fingers crossed that the clock/radio/alarm gets me up or, if not, my mobile phone alarm will :p:p

So I'm signing off now - night night everyone - sleep well

:rotfl::rotfl: I know I was laughing to myself when I thought of the idea last night :D I was surprised how well it worked too

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm today I had a bowl of crunchy nut topped with raspeberries from the garden and vanilla Activia pouring yoghurt :drool::drool:

    I tried Lion cereal last week....if anyone hasn't tried it...TRY IT! :j

I think the cereal one has great scope for JTD and couponing, much more exciting than the others and I do love a challenge ;):p:cool:

Hope all's well with the girls tomorrow :) I know what you mean about getting up ;) I've got a blood test to get to myself!

I've decided that when I get back from my holidays my next pair of shoes are going to be a pair of cloggs! I'm going to the Netherlands and I'm going to have them specially made!
