Is there any way she could get a licence to open to the public - I am sure the local kids would love to come and see the animals, at least the ones that are fit to be handled!

No way should they be refusing you a refund - got Marks & Sparks to refund me a pair of kids shoes after a coupld of months because I considered they were "not suitable for purpose" and "not fit for sale" etc as others have said.

I would send a recorded delivery letter along with photos, and if you don't get anywhere the Daily Express has a section where they contact manufacturers/retailers to get satisfaction (product wise!!!!).

I must be ill as i went in to my local T and they had the PG 'evening one' tea for 50p and i only picked up 1 box:eek::eek::eek:
