Just removed my request to join the skipping on FB, not sure if this was how I should have requested to join? but, thought maybe as a newby on here you might think I was being cheeky, so I have removed myself. Sorry if anyone on FB thought I was being rude.

Thank you Midwinter for your reply

It must have taken a while to register me then cos I was slower than usual today, but still under a minute, but it says 86 secs. No worries though:cool:, just a game.

More pressing things to concern me - like where are my priceporkies from yesterday???:p

Maybe a good one for a APG

Tilda Basmati & Wild Rice (500g)
    £2 BOGOF in Tesco
    £2.70 each in Asda

    025335.jpg

can someone please work the maths out for this one as we use lots of rice and may be worth my while using up some APG and stocking up on this one.
    TIA
hate to quote myself but any takers on the workings out of this one?
I am popping to Asda shortly and was going to try this one out.
Anyone know how much this is going to work out each pack?
Not even sure if I'm doing it right but here goes...

    2 bags in T = £2 (then - 10% as per APG so £1.80)
    2 bags in A = £5.40
The difference is therefore £3.60 back and you've paid out £5.40. Total cost per bag is 90p.

someone correct me if I'm wrong :o

I have just tried the normal pg tea bags and they scan at £2.14. Barcodes ends 030123. Is there another barcode?
    .

The one I posted last night was the PG tips pyramid bags 40 pack. Barcode ending 30093.

I should probably do the same! You are not alone archiequeenie, it was like contacting a Freind and they don't return your call... Awkward, embarrassing and leaves me feeling I've done something wrong :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

But you are right we are but newbies ;)

You'll both be very welcome at the skipping club :)

Just wait patiently, the FB skipping group was started by a young lady, who's just commenced a new, demanding job, and I'm sure she'll be checking messages when she has time :)

Yesterday the postie brought me some Rice Krispie Squares and a walkers voucher, today he brought me some Maybelline BB samples and brought DS an olympic badge from Coke Zone. I love my postie especially as I can never remember what I've applied for so it's always a surprise:T:TWorst thing he brought me was a sample of Viktor Rolfe Flowerbomb which I fell in love with and now have to buy a bottle;);):rotfl:
