:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: You must have phoned just before or just after me then. They will be wondering what's going on.:rotfl::rotfl:

Can someone please tell me the asda overcharge policy as I'm sure I've read about giftcards?
I was overcharged on two items today and the bloke just gave me the difference so was just wondering :-)

You should be given a £2 gift card. :)

Evening all! Managed to pick up a few boxes of PG this avo. My OH will only drink Typhoo but I'm not so fussy and it tastes fine to me. Also managed to get some cake mix so thanks to the OP on the 1p thread for that. Made fairy cakes with DD this afternoon, tho not a particularly time consuming activity when all you have to do is add eggs :)

Did a PP shop as well but stuck to pork after yesterdays chicken didn't compare. Wasn't v clever as managed to print out some Price Flop vouchers and thought I'd try a comparison on the Lake District Mature Cheddar I(£3 T, £2 A). Bought 2 packs with poss PP of £2. Then bought 3 packs of pork loins - durrrr:o. If they all compare I'll have almost met my PP limit with just the pork! Oh well, will be good to find out if the cheese does compare so I can stock up as would work out at £1.25 per pack with Price Flop and PP.

Lake District compared for me 2 days ago. Used a price flop with 2 cheese and got back £2 when compared to A.

I'm waiting on a pp today but my email is playing up (I'm with BT), is anyone else having similar probs with their email?

Were you thinking of Karolina voucher. I have seen any of her posts for ages. She was very good at getting shopping for pence.:)

That's her! Her name escaped me. I didn't believe for one minute she was actually doing as well as she made out until she uploaded a pic of a couple of receipts. I suspect that their was a lot of coupon fraud going on there though.

Please ring the HO customer service number for asda they are lovely

I rang last week to confirm this exact policy as my own CS trout refused after I went all the way back to the store with all my Dom jollies and mullers
They'd put through 11 Dom jollies and 9 mullers instead of 10 and 10
CS said the gift card was up to her own discretion!!! And then spouted some rubbish about you had to notice Instore as opposed to when you got home
Should have taken her name in retrospect
CS confirmed verbally that it is £2 gift card per item on receipt and there are no exceptions to the policy unlEss they have reason to think you are abusing the policy (IMHO it is there fault if they keep c*cking up with overcharging)
