Morning all
not very good weather here today but I don't mind, makes it easier to be stuck inside doing housework
I'm off out tonight leaving the OH to look after DS1 and DS2 while I go and see Starlight Express - never seen it before and really looking forward to it
No joy looking for the 1p cake mix last night in t0w3r p4rk - shame DS1 loves making cakes but it's a lot easier to use a mix whilst he is small.
Right better have a coffee and a biscuit so I can [STRIKE]put off[/STRIKE] prepare myself for cleaningSilence is golden...unless you have a toddler. In that case silence is very, very suspicious!0 -
Thanks for that will try and find the time to go and do this today as so much else still to organise.
And this morning mum has text asking if I can make 150 feet of bunting to decorate the hall which would be ok but don't have any material, so need to find material cut the triangles and sew it up in 18 days and all whilst working shift work. Plus running a home with dh who also works shifts and 3 teenage kids!! Thanks Mum!!!

Morning all!
Just catching up as have been working for the last few days. Have read about 80 pages, only about another 40 to go! jagbeth, the ladies of our village sewed about a mile's worth of bunting for the jubilee and the Torch, it looked really pretty. We used old clothing and bits of material that peeps donated. (Hint, if you make it a little bit bigger than you think, it won't be so much work!)Hope is not a strategy.0 -
I'm going to to t's today as I want to buy chicken and pork. Is it best to put them through in the same transaction or separate ones?0

I was going to stock up on mayo and some more squash today, but I think I'll hold fire ..... There would be lots of opportunity to price match on this too
I can't remember who posted it but think it just said £6 on cereal. Am hoping it's any cereal as, like you, we eat loads of cereal. My son will have cereal any time of the day as a snack..:):)
Am debating whether to get more squash or wait until tomorrow and see the new offers.Born to glitch0 -

Good morning ev1, Hope you are all keeping well,
does anybody know if there is anything at asda worth getting today? Tia

Same here, nice juicy APG to use but nothing to spend it one2 nice JTD, nothing to spend those on either. 2 big BMs, might as well hang onto those for a day or 2 as well.
Might as well stay home, clean house, arrange stockpiles, cut MOCs out and see if I can get any books listed on Amazon or odds and ends on ebay ....
I've been on the Clarks sale website this morning via Topcash and treated myself to some sandles which were half price and paid for them via paypalQuite a good exchange - at the weekend I sold a dress that did not fit, a new one so I bought sandles that will fit with the proceeds :T

put 2 x chicken and one pork or
2 small pork + 1 chicken plus the eight items.......they have a £10 cap so you will go over with 2 pork & 2 chicken.0 -
