I can't see my statement coupons when I look at my clubcard statement online: I click on it and it just goes back to the same page

Is it cos I'm on my phone and not a laptop/ desktop?

Tesco Clubcard online is driving me mad - signed in to check one clubcard set of vouchers, now it won't let me sign out to sign back in to check the other one!
