  • Evening all....Just a thought ... if you usually go whoopsie shopping Sunday afternoon most of the supermarkets have extending opening hours during the Olympics so may affect the time they do their big reductions :)
    If it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly! ;)

I forgot he was in Heartbeat...

As you say, 68 is no age but he got 20 years more than my dad did, now that is no age.:(

Yeah it was S. I was very tempted to drop you a text but it was a blinking good job I didn't arrange a time with you because I was stuck waiting for ages so you would have wasted your lunch break :(

Thank you for remembering and asking :A It was much of a muchness really! :( He dismisses my questions yet often provides no answers :( Bloods are even worse than 3 months ago when I started the new meds, plus having all the vertigo symptoms I had to begin with, I thought I'd been brave persisting, but he looked at me like I was stupid and proceeded to tell me it couldn't possibly be the tablets. Hmmmph! There's a much more pressing problem about my bones/blood clots and taking the Pill which he is absolutely insistent on but I'm very scared of the prospect seen as it could be a lethal combination. So yeah not great. Increased the dose of one med which will lower my blood pressure further, re-introduced another med that had no benefit before but he insists it's the best option! So I'm now taking 22 tablets a day spread across 8 intervals

A hug would have been lovely :D Pharmacy was so busy I legged it back to A's and then picked my meds up on the way into town to see a friend and a little bit of shopping ;):D

Hope all's good with you and misery guts ;):p:rotfl:

Is this your consultant or your GP? Either way I would get onto either your Primary Care Service or Patient Liaison and request to change to someone else, he needs to remember who he does the job for and he should be listening to you, this really isn't good enough and he needs to be made to take notice of you!:mad::mad:

Sorry, rant over, I just hate it when people are fobbed off by doctors, sorry you've had such a rough day honey ((((((hugs)))))) xxxxxx

Right old wombling day, Monthy shoppers, pleased say my Asda was indeed very messy today. I wombled loads tonight, must have least £20 back, best £8. I also took load small apg in for a meeting they had with 9 iron bru n seven other items. Condensed these £9 out £7 back.

Not much at mr t or sainsburys, they did have few beers n shandy but not enough to get over £20. I settled for couple cakes well reduced, ah lovely.....

Ah thinking on I did get some more lenor, I have six p&g towels on order now. I got another 4 no added sugar robbies with yesterday's rtd, actually condensed few rtd in that reciept too, rather handy I'd say. The offer on the robbies top is stupid, fun glass free just pay £2 postage, er no thanks...... 5/10p petrol saves in hand.

    X Happy Christmas x

I cooked two of the chops the other night. I made some stuffing and spread it on them and covered them with mushroom soup. Put them in the oven for about an hour and very nice they were too. i have just taken a beef casserole out of the oven for tomorrows dinner.
That sound lovely I will have to give that a go. It's a lovely feeling cooking good food at a lovely reduced price.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
