I’m sorry you’re having difficulties getting hold of the price news leaflets in store, but I’d like to assure you that the printable version is definitely accepted at the checkouts.

"In the unlikely event that you have trouble trying to use the printed coupons, let us know and we’ll ensure the store are notified of the correct procedures.

The only coupons we do not accept now are those from other supermarkets; so there shouldn’t be any issues "
