    Morning all

Back from a (hopefully!!) successful shop....Went to T's, got the 1.4l lenors for £1 and febreze sprays for £1 too.....the woman on the till was asking all sorts of questions....had i made a massive complaint to P&G? Where did I get the vouchers? Where could she find them? (not in her store thats for sure!), how did I manage to get the vouchers if there were none in Bristol?

I honestly thought I was in for a trouting! But she was fine and everything scanned as it should do. Thank you again RN :A

Next was Asda. i had a 3rd (and probably final!) try at the APG for juice. It has gone up to £1.48, I got a load of smart price stuff to go with it, couple of carrots and bananas too. Please whoever, I havent messed it up again this time.

Then I used a £7.69 APG from a womble. The SA was well impressed that it was such a good one.

But the best part was Misery Guts' reaction at the end. I heard him say Oh my god and it was at that moment that it dawned on him that all my "insanity" isnt for nothing :D

He even did a bit of wombling on the way out! He picked up 1 for £89 and 1 for £85. They came back with 1p between them  But my smaller 2 came back with almost £4 between them :rotfl:

    I think he's converted

Did you get juicy bits or smooth?

Thats the most common "mistake" as both bottles look quite similar

Mine just says from 0600 onwards and does not say specific closing time

Do not know if this means 24 hours during olympics
Hi michjay my local extra Mr T has a poster saying it was open from 0600am to 12am on the Sunday's for the Olympics.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

    Hi all!

Sorry I haven't been around for a while, life sort of took over. I was really busy with the Torch and Jubilee celebrations (both of which were absolutely fab!) and then we went away on holiday. Thanks to lovely Fudge_Cake, Choirchick and Freddies Flyers Two for getting in touch and making sure I was ok, you are all gems.

I was so sorry to hear about 3dogs and Alan, my heart goes out to her, but I know she is a very strong and special lady who will ultimately be able to cope.:A:A:A We are all very privileged to have shared her journey thus far. x

In the meantime I trust that Fudge_Cake has been taking care of you all (nice thread, hun !), French has been entertaining you all with more stunning pictures, Miss Laid, Happy, Queen of Cheap and frequent have all been models of good behaviour, midwinter and Snap_Ant have been their usual wise selves and Westie has continued to smile enigmatically :) I also trust you have been sharing your lives and your bargains, I'm sure I've missed loads but will just have to pick up from here.

It's nice to be back :)
    Hope is not a strategy.

    Good Morning Elite

Lovely new thread thank you fudge_cake:T:T

Congratulations Logie on the birth of your Beautiful Baby Boy :)

Lovely day today went to 2 car boots bought a few bargains with friends who are staying for a few days. Hope Nikkilala & son making plenty of dosh at booty today ;)

Agree with QPR David Beckham to carry Torch after being shunned.

Hope everyone has a good day no shops for me today.

When was he shunned didn't he go to athens to pick up torch also didn't he get involved with the torch in Lands end or Lossiemouth. As being left out of the GB football team The over age players chosen by stuart pearce have spent all their careers in the UK not 50% abroad Just my view (I know I will be shouted down but anyway it is my view)
