I understand your frustrations. I went through it all with oh last night, wrote it down, showed him the pictures. he comes back with all offers together in one shop. I definately told him about the £10 cap on jtd voucher and about splitting the shop. he was more focussed on spending £40 to get the £5 off and getting 5 petrol vouchers. what is it they say about them not able to multy task?

You have to pick 1 supermarket to compare with for each transaction. If you had bought the chicken + 7 small items, you'd have got a jtd comparing with Asda. If you'd done another transaction with the pizzas + 7 items you'd have got another jtd comparing with Morries. Looking through your comparisons the higher prices at other supermarkets cancelled out the savings when one was cheaper.
