But they WOULD let me purchase them all individually and pay for one at a time with a coupon. When I asked what was the difference stoopid customer service said 'we can't allow bulk buying' in one transaction. & btw where did you get the coupons from? When I told her that they were from one of her stores mags she went bright red matching her hair.
:D
Was proud of myself when I unloaded my trolley, smiled sweetly and walked away leaving her looking highly embarrassed in front of an irate queue of customers saying What IS the difference? Left HER to explain.
Where do they train their staff - or are they ex Mr T's:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I went through the SS today. The cashier just counted the total of all of my coupons and put them through in one.
I'd have asked if she sued the charm school. :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
no................but we dont throw rubbish in the streets and we have taught our kids not to,maybe you enjoy seeing rubbish on our streets. If you had slipped on that skin what would you have done?
I would either;
a. look where I'm going, so not step on it at all.
b. Step on it, but not slip - as banana skins being slippery is a myth.
c. Fall over, then get up and carry on walking.
I do agree with you that litter is an eyesore on our streets, the amount of Greggs & McDonalds litter is crazy. However I don't personally object to a banana skin/apple core launched into a hedge.0 -
The GARLAND CREST GRENACHE ROSE didn't spoil my T vs S shop yesterday! Phew!

Found some beer coupons in Sainsbury's but didn't have time to buy any today. Picked up Soltan 75ml spray 9 x SPF50 plus 3 x SPF30 just paid for 2 of them thanks to the B1G5F at Boots! Also got a couple of Right Guard Xtreme Dry 150ml for 79p each; it's already half price and the 10% off coupon from the machine is working on the full price, so actually gives 20p off.
Sadly didn't have any bonus coupons for Tesco and none that I had would work in Boots but never mind can't have everything and the Tesco and Boots bargain successes themselves brightened up a difficult day!0 -
Morning all
Planned an early morning shop but cream crackered so will have to go after work
My dedication to glitching has died a death i think:(
Have to admit still not done any petrol vouchrr shops as still not confident i know what i am doing lol
Quick question pretty pls, i remember someone said febreze thai orchid was comparing against As. Anyone had any other compare favourably?
Have a lovely day x
An easy one for me - pleased to say I have done it twice SUCCESSFULLY :T:T:T is the coffee if you use it. Get 5 jars and make it up to 8-9 different items to get your jtd voucher (think its £10 capped but my first should be due today if I have done it right) and also gives a Brucie bonus of 5 petrol vouchers. Can all be used together and I have just filled my car and got £25 off it.
So, approx £40 outlay (unless any cond spends etc) + £10 jtd voucher + 50p per litre off petrol. Simples - needs to be for me to understand it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Thanks to Angelsmad for helping me to understand it - well a bit but long way to go until I'm as good as some of the guys on here.:T:T:T:T0 -
If a thrown banana skin is all you have to worry about you have a blessed life.
Were you hoping to get the guy the sack over a bit of litter?!Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

I threw a banana skin and the core of an apply out the car window yesterday, I threw them on the verge, better for wildlife to eat them, or for them to go back to the ground than lie in some landfill.
Now what if that wildlife, after enjoying the lovely apple core ran into the road and got squashed by a juggernaut :eek:0 -
Just been out for Wine and to try with the Pork thanks to all that have posted these
