    Hi Everyone

Thanks for all the Birthday wishes, have had a good day with lots of friends visiting and just been out for tea. Sizzling pubs have a really good offer on until 24th Aug for a main course and dessert for £4.95. These are the full size portions and not a small substitute. Anyone who has ever been will know the Chocolate fudge cake is HUGE and my and DH always have to share as it is way too big for one. This is one of the desserts on the offer so v good value. There is a PDF on their website with the list of items available on the offer.
Just going back to catch up now
See you in a bit :)
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

Yes that's them (says Norfolk in the small print ;)). I'm not sure how it compares exactly, but my £4.11 pack compared at Asda as £1.12.

In Scotland the Finest Scottish ones compare.

    I've not been to T's now for over 3 weeks....is this a record?? :D

I've stuck with A's and S's since the beer, OJ and Mullers glitches.

I don't use enough petrol to warrant me driving the 25 miles to T's to buy the items to get the coupons, and my freezers are rammed so I can't even do a whoopsie shop.

Still finding cheap shampoos and soaps in A's
The herbal essences hello hydration (blue bottles) 400ml are still 75p and they had lots of the smaller bottles of dove shampoo 62p
Pears soap (singles) were only 20p and 4pk shield 50p

No Don Simons there today or yesterday :(

I've had whoopsies 75% off in the new A's but haven't managed to suss when it's silly oclock for the mega bargains yet.

Must get my T's mojo back .....just need a mega glitch there to help find it ;)
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Went to a different Sains, yet again no magazines, don't think I'm going to manage any beer!

The deal at tesco looks ok, but it's such a long way to Mr Ts.

Going to put some dinner on methinks.

I am away for another week, staying at Kit with her and Steve/Andy. When we got back from Devon, Andy was too exhausted from all the holiday driving to drive me home on the Sunday, so they are taking me back home next Sunday instead

Despite the wet weather on 13th, Alan's cremation service went well, with over 50 family and friends attending. The celebrant's speech went well as did our friend Jenny's words :D The music was just right and Alan's top hat with his animals on looked wondeful on top of his coffin with my flowers. I had held it together mostly, with some tears through the service, but when dear Steve came over to hug me as we gathered outside, I just broke my heart and sobbed and sobbed into his arms, bless him. We had 54 back to the pub for drinks and eats from 1.30pm and didn't leave until about 6pm, everyone chatting about Alan and having a good laugh, which is what he would have wanted

As the last one's left, we went back along home and got my case, etc and we were off down to Swavesey for the night, before driving to Devon the next day. The cottage was lovely, though the weather could have been better ;) but we didn't let that stop us from having a relaxing happy break. Kit, Steve & Andy really looked after me well, and kept me smiling. We visited so many places that I'd been to before with Alan and I found that good and bad at the same time :( Good to visit them again, but sad that Alan couldn't share them with us. I kept having to stop myself from saying 'wait until I tell Alan this, or that :( We finished the week off with a steam train trip at Minehead before getting back on Saturday evening

It has been scorching since Saturday and I have a bit of a tan, though too hot for me most of the time. Still relaxing and enjoying spending time with the gang, but looking forward to getting home and finding a new routine ............. and getting my doggies home - they have been in kennels so long thaty I probably won't recognise puppy Molly, she will be so grown up

I will have to get back into the routine of getting onto MSE and posting again too

On that theme, I am off to read from the start of this thread
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(
