Happened to me too on a manned till at the weekend - next day I entered the receipt and it said I'd been issued with a £10 BM voucher Have since been back to the store and got the BM voucher using 7 coupons so in this case it wasn't a store specific thing - the machine must have been faulty :mad:

I've heard that others have contacted HO for adjustment to their Nectar cards but I got a refund so didn't go that route.
