No they were nearly free. I paid £7.40 for 5 at the new price of £1.48 and got a voucher back for £7.37. 3p for 5 OJs is nearly free. :D

Think if I had targetted a few more expensive items that compared to As I would have got a bit more back for the 10% cheaper but I don't get time to do the leg work beforehand so just go for the tried and tested smart price noodles at 11p etc. ;)

I don't know why but I got rather excited when see the £1 price tag today instore. I thoght great a £2 giftcard. However they went through at £1.

DON SIMON COMPARED AT £1.48 As. :j

No extra money though, just got my head around this guarantee of 10% cheaper. I got voucher back for £7.37. Made up of £7.25 difference between As and Ts and 12p extra for the 10% cheaper as my comparable shop was only made up of smart price items plus the OJ it would have been £1.15 at Ts so 10% cheaper would have been £1.03. Sooo confusing. :o
what did you buy and how many please
update i thought you were saying it was over. i see youve given more info now

Just thinking out loud here before I definitely disappear. ;)

Should we be targetting more expensive items with our OJs and Mullers to get more back on the 10% guarantee? Eg if my total comparable items had been over £10 tonight I would have got over £1 extra back rather than the 12p I got for going Smart Price.

Probably not doing a very good job of explaining myself and it may be what a lot of you are doing already. :o

Just me that had a bit of a panic as got charged £1.48 each in my store at 19.30 tonight. But all ok they still compared to 3p at Ts. :)

Isn't it odd that the price increase has been applied in some stores and yet in others it's still £1? Very weird!! I guess there could be room for an overcharge in a few unlucky shopper's cases ;););)
