Get an account (free) on pepipoo. They helped me no end when I was unfairly given a ticket...by leicester council even though the signage was right! I told leicester council to go swing and told them if they didnt kill the ticket I'd take em all the way to arbitration. They wrote back refusing to cancel the ticket but never bothered chasing it. :rotfl:
