Now high and mighty have gone I think next is the place to go. They do a few things in larger sizes. I get 3xl there. Not very long in body sometimes though!

    Otherwise mr t!

Damn! I forgot to look in T's. I got some stuff in A's in though. I spent about £40 on clothes and I was crying at spending soooo much. It's the first time I've bought clothes (other than the odd pair of jeans) since 2006.
  • Hello all!

talking of mission control, I have 2 x £5 lts vouchers processing for 4 months now. Almost forgot about it. Anyone else waiting?

I think hubs is waiting for £5 - I haven't spent any of mine as yet - I would like a new patio set so might put them towards that or leave them and use at Christmas

Well if you're mad, I'm madder
I've walked about 6 miles tonight with Purdy as I decided to have a proper go at wombling in the new A's and then to S's just up the road
Left it until about 6.30 so it wasn't quite so hot and even took a small ball which I could "roll" under any parked trollies. Also wore combats with lots of pockets for all the receipts and BM's I was going to find:)
I was parched by the time I got to A's but hadn't brought any money with me so couldn't get a bottle of water but hey ho the APG's would buy me lots of water....or it should have in the real world....but not a ruddy receipt to be found and I covered the whole car park and the trolley bay.
Sainsbobs is a lot bigger though so I was confident I'd make up for it there.
Dragged Purdy round there and again trawled the whole carpark and the bushes at the back....nuffin!!! :(:(:(:(

By this time the poor dogs tongue was nearly tripping her over so we went back via the woods where she had a stream to go in. One happy dog....one peed off owner who now has a blister on a puffy foot :o:o:o
Think I'll just drive next time

Oh no hope you have recovered - t'was good exercise though - I can also empathise as wombles are often few and far between here I think we have the cleanest car parks in the whole country :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I posted earlier that I had kindly been sent some car shaped vouchers by another 11+er and since then I have a a few PMs asking if I had any to spare.

I've promised some out to the quickest off the mark but my initial gift is now getting depleted quickly. :( I've been keeping names of others who are quite desperate for the vouchers and I really wish I could find more and I would happily spread the joy but I've never found any in my Mr Ts :(.

Should we start a list of "haves" and "have nots" so we could make our own version of multi-coloured swap shop (showing my age here :rotfl:)

Sounds good I picked up some more yesterday so would be classed as one of the haves nod nod ;);)

Good night all not sure where this evening has gone I certainly haven't got everything done I wanted to but I am drained of energy so am off to bed to recharge - sweet glitchy dreams all

Thank you lovely, the Elite angels have come to my rescue :heart2:

    A HUGE thank you :Axxxxxxx

    I'm so sorry MT :(

I just read this and feel like crying :(

I'm so sorry I value your input so much more than I value mine....ALOT more actually, you do such a brilliant job with the coupon thread and keeping up to date on here too and I can't help but think my post sounded like I was coming out all guns blazing :(:(:(:( I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it like that at all and I am definitely not the most informed about any of the subjects on here, I am merely a novice.

My only reason for posting was to make people aware of the risk that it could stop comparing at any time. I would hate to think that somebody wasn't aware of the risk because the offer in M's has ended.

I'm having a really awful, emotional day and I'm just so sorry if you felt undermined or any other negative because of my post.

I really hope that the Muller glitch continues :)

    Hold up Fudge_cake!

    you need a :kisses3: :grouphug:

i dont think anything was meant in a negative way

i would suggest a nice cuppa.

but maybe a cold shandy and chill ... maybe a massage if you have a willing volunteer

    huge hugs :A

:(:( I think I've mucked up my APG tonight, as I don't think the Nice biscuits will compare:mad: + I only bought 8 items
I cant really afford to let it go as I had 5 OJ at £1.48. Do you think I could go back in morning and return & buy same again & few more items, and if I did could I just bring the receipt? TIA

They don't all have to compare, as long as you have at least 8 different items, only 1 has to compare

    Hi Mrsfrugal

    Think you may be okay.

I bought the OJ with 7 other items the other evening one of which was the nice biscuits. The nice biscuits came back as n/a but they still counted as one of the 8 items and it let me have APG.
