Well another Sainsburys bites the dust with a "one coupon per transaction" rule  Well I sort of knew it was coming but this was a store that has been out of stock for most of 2 weeks apart from odd days. And even when it was in stock I would buy maybe 4 or 5 beers with other shopping - not just 7 beers on its own.
So as the till boy was not budging I asked him to take my 4 off my shopping trolly .
I suppose one way around this is to try it each time you go in store and there is stock, take it through the till, kick up a fuss when the MOCs are refused, complain to CS on th way out. Or buy £20 of something like clothing or ink and one beer, use one MOC - take the clothing or ink straight back to CS for a refund. At least then you will have a £1.50 BM
But all of these stratergies raise your profile and your face would get known in your store
So I've got 2 BMs to use up and then its back to my usual small shops. I've done more shops over the £20 mark in the last 2 weeks between 2 different stores than I would normally do in a month.
So its back to figuring out nice uncomplicated shops in Asda for APGs.
I've also written an email to S HQ although I doubt wether it will do any good. I've asked for a full explanation of the MOC policy for S

Mind you if HQ had dozens of annoyed emails from all over the country from people having problems in different stores ....

Has anyone had yoghurts work today? I thought new Ms offers start today so might that affect the APG?

Think there was something about earlier but couldn't quite get my head round it but the other 'offer' seems to have finished (unless anybody knows different) as M's change their prices on a Sunday hth

I would take them all back, I would say your dh or mum etc bought them for you and didn't realise that you are allergic to them and they bring you out in a rash :D

Mine are going back as well but I've only got a more normal number - 5 :D

I've had a look at MSM trying to figure out if there is a fabric conditioner with a big enough difference that I could swap the lenors for. I cant see another Lenor - might have a look at the other brands ...

The lenor MOCs have a long date on them so I will just hang onto my little supply until a good offer comes along. MSM's little graph says the price of Lenor is up and down at a regular interval, just have to bide your time ...

Hi sorry I've been out all day with friends so late replying.

I went through a manned till I handed all my coupons at the same time & they were accepted no probs. My friend was amazed that my shop went down from £39 to £19 :j:j with mocs & jtd. I said I'll get another £12 back tomorrow :T:Tbut the 6 lenor orange didn't compare :( so they'll be going back for £12 refund:D.

I was also given a £5 off £40 spend first one in ages then I wombled another one. On the way out saw these 2 stacks of mags grabbed as many as I could will try go back for more as they are out in the foyet at exit conveniently ;) unless they been nabbed by lurkers:p

I emailed Sainsbobs CS to ask about how many coupons I could use per shop if I purchased the products as I was refused last week on the beer . This is the reply

Thanks for your reply with the information my colleague requested.

I’ve called the store and spoken with the Deputy Manager for our store, about your experience with the coupons. He advised me that as long as the coupon corresponds to the item in question you should be able to use it in store. Coupons can only be redeemed against the particular item the coupon is for and can’t be used for other products. If you have multiple valid coupons for the same item, you can use one for one product and the second for a second product providing all other terms and conditions are met.

I have removed some names , but am thinking do I give it another go armed with this email. :)
