I'm going to them tomorrow to open a new account, I have got a basic one with them at the mo but my OR has said it is there standard policy that all accounts be closed so need to open a new one, will discuss this with them in the morning. Not looking forward to saying the words out loud as currently only me, my OH (and all you guys on here:D )
