Have just thought. When I put the SAR in, along with the 4kg parcel I thought I saw some agreements.

Having looked through all the information again, I have found an agreement for the loan (opened in 2006, increased in 2007, re-signed in 2009 after reclaiming PPI, went into arrears in 2009), AND an agreement for the Credit Card (opened in 2005, went into arrears in 2009).

Also have a CCA request I sent in from 2009 for the loan, which I seem to recall they did not comply with, forgot about that.

Is it still worth me trying to get CCA's though Apex and Wescott, on the off chance they may not follow through as they should? Afterall, it will still cost them more money then it will me sending them :rotfl:.
