got a few days off work and was planning a trip to london with my lad,
can you walk around the olympic park yet, there used to be walk tours that you had to pay for, but i was hopeing just to walk around outside all the arena's just to feel part of it, missed out on tickets my daughter wanted, and don't just want to go to anything that on

Simple answer - no! ...and you won't be able to walk around the Olympic park unless you can somehow get hold of an Olympic Park ticket.

have you considered trying to get paralympics dates tickets? I also really want to see the olympic park, we've been lucky enough to get morning session paralympics athletics tickets which include both a zone1-9 travelcard each and an olympic park day pass each. Our tickets cost £10 for an adult, £5 for a child, plus the £6 delivery fee. Definitely worth it to me, to feel the atmosphere of the olympic park . We're going to make a day of it.

There is a viewing area in the Westfield centre opposite but probably not worth a trip just for that
