JSA sanctioned, how long to reclaim if i win appeal

I had my JSA sanctioned for 2 weeks for not turning up to job center course(twice) but i should have some grounds for appeal. I have doctors note and was living in temp accommodation at time so all over the place, one other reason as well.
If i do appeal how long would it take to reclaim this two weeks sanctioned money as i have nothing for next two weeks?
I've a feeling the appeal will fail anyway no matter what i present as that's just the way they work, but i feel a do have a genuine case, will try anyway.
Any ideas.

Apply for a crisis loan and you should get it within a few days if you really have no money and no access to credit.
If you need some further help then visit CAB and appeal with their help.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Thanks, is this "Crisis loan" the same as a hardship payment, both or which i have heard about, are they the same thing?0 -

Unless the OP is vulnerable they will not qualify for a CL/ HP for the first two weeks of the sanction.
OP, if you were not fit for work you should have claimed ESA.0
