loans admin fee

i have a loan with rbs....in the process of trying to move the loan to another lender (suggestions welcome ).i checked out rbs homepage and they don't charge an admin fee anymore,but i was charged 2 yrs ago when i took out my loan.does this qualify as an unfair bank charge or am i just wihful thinking ?
